This deluxe hotel, which was once owned by the Empress Eugenia de Montijo, was renovated by a prestigious team of architects, archaeologists and restorers. The result of the refurbishment is a marvellous Renaissance palace where the three cultures that lived in Toledo are all represented by different parts of the hotel. The air-conditioned building comprises a total of 40 rooms, of which one is a suite, two are junior suites, and three are disability-friendly rooms. Guests are welcomed in the lobby area by a reception desk manned around the clock, a hotel safe, a cloakroom, and lift access. Further facilities here include a caf�, a shop, a bar, a breakfast room, and a restaurant. Also available is a public Internet connection and a W-LAN access point (charges apply). It is possible to take advantage of the room and laundry services (charges also apply,) as well as the bicycle storage room. The remaining parts of the original fa�ade and structure were meticulously restored during renovation work. Guests will find relaxation in the luxurious spa, and Adolfo Mu�oz, the most renowned restauranteur in Toledo, offers a fine cuisine that will exceed the standards of the harshest critics.
