Nice location besides Kao San Road. Very friendly people. Good food. Clean. I'm loving this place!I've found a good description on travelfish.org :Clean and good service is actually their slogan, and they deliver. Very reasonable prices for quality, if simple accommodation with colourful bedding and bath tiles. The location near Khao San Rd is an up-and-coming backpacker destination with vegetarian restaurants, a few internet cafes, and the like, but with a much more laid back vibe. There is a very tastefully designed open-air lobby restaurant that has a big screen TV and apparently free WiFi. The restaurant even serves Thai food at less than Khao San inflated prices. A good place to stay if you want the shopping and bar hopping of the area, but without so much traffic or drunken hooligans.

We stayed with our 2 children, 4 8. The family were so friendly and the children spent a lot of time in thier house! The rooms were spotless and very reasonably priced with A/C and hot water. A little hard to find but a perfect location as a 20 second walk and you are on Khao San road but quiet enough to get a good nights sleep. Recommended
