The Grandview Lodge is located on two and one half acres in the Great Smoky Mountains in Waynesville N.C. The Cataloochee Ski Area is 10 miles from the property, and offers skiing, snowboarding and tubing opportunities in season. The Wheels Through Time Museum is less than 14 miles from the property, and feature exhibits of over 250 rare vehicles, 90% of which are still in working order.
This historical country home is surrounded by a wide green lawn that is accented by apple orchards and looks out over verdant valleys. The inn offers a broad porch with wooden chairs, rockers and a view of silhouetted mountains looming in the distance through the trademark haze of the Great Smoky Mountains. Full complimentary breakfasts are served every morning in the dining room, and lunch is available for a fee. Complimentary tea is provided in the afternoon and wine in the early evening.
