This is a nice basic hotel with amazing prices for the area. They were half (or less) than the local hotels. Airport shuttle was easy (they will also take you to restaurants, etc), the included breakfast was nice (bagels, doughnuts, cereal, juice, coffee, etc), staff was friendly, room was clean. Hotel is a little dated inside and out but they are working on updating it. If your grandma owned a hotel, this is what it would look like. Bedding was all white, which was nice and the mattress was very comfortable. Pink tile in the bathroom but it was clean. Just a few blocks from the metro station (it is flat, easy walk). If you want to stay near DC but on a budget this is the hotel for you. No pool, not as many frills as some hotels, but great cost.
