About staff, Hanh is very helpful and reliable in booking the tour and bus. But,since she's the only one who speaks English, it's become such a mess when she's not around. I've booked for 2 nights (not in a row), but when we come on 2nd night we were told to move to her brother hostel since we are late, whatever the reason is, when we booked, we expect to get the room no matter what, and we are not the only one who been moved, other 2 groups also moved. Location, facility and cleanliness are Ok.

Maybe not the cheapest hostel in District 1, but it's still a good price. Very friendly staff...specially the owner of the hostel: a funny middle-aged woman. Its a very familiar atmosphere too. Nice rooms with kingsize beds. The door is lockable. They're cleaning your room every day and if you wish so, they even do your laundry for a small fee..
