Melleiah,gorgeous place full of life, there are some pretty big boats there too. Food & night life are o.k , weathers excellent and most speak English anyway .Malta's a small Island anyway so getting around is pretty easy although they do like to play chicken when driving, and don't beleive in right of way or manners (They do however drive on our side of road)
