I was staying in Lulea and we drove a few hours to Jukkasjarvi to stay a night at the famous Ice Hotel...being from Hawaii, I was soooooooo not prepared!  The whole thing is ice...and yes, you sleep on big blocks of ice covered in reindeer skins...not enough to keep me warm.  Bring at least 5 pairs of socks, 4 sets of thermals and 3 pairs of gloves...oh, and a ski mask and ear muffs.
