use the intercity train service or metro its the best value and easiest way to travel and get around in the heat.In the summer its impossible to walk anywhere in the day and getting taxis will cost a bit more.dont expect to get alcohol freely even the supermarkets only sell nonalcoholic beer.only fancy restaurants amd hotels sell alcohol and its very expensive.
