You can travel to Punta del Este or Piriápolis straight from the airport. Just look for the COT bus ticket placed at the end of the sidewalk of the airport (right side). You can also go to the Tres Cruces terminal taking one of the COT buses or the regular bus line of the city, located in front of the airport exit.Very easy.
