Pubilla Hotel, cheap and great breakfast... It's good wake up in the moring and start slicing a typical salami!!! Great breakfast, smoke in the room (in Andorra you can smoke "everywhere")... Only a problem: they've a parking... But parking there is like playing Tetris...
