I went to Surfers for 10 days with 4 friends in the middle of 2005, and absolutely loved the place...the weather was brilliant, the beaches were really nice, and the theme parks were awesome! Went to Dreamworld, Movie world and Sea World, which were all good fun. Also caught the train to the DJR workshop in Yatala (between the Gold Coast and Brisbane). It was well worth the trip.

Seven of the best years of my life spent living on the Gold Coast. Good bars, great beaches, lot's of fun and some great mates.
