Lots of things to see but need to be more friendly...

If you know anything about Belgium ... they are famous for their chocolate and beer lol! both are amazing (i can say i have had both as fresh as can be!) well the beer is amazing...but its very strong so watch how many you dring...your lookin at about 9% on most so it'll get cha! and for the choc..its kinda expensive but totally worth it! the sight seeing is awesome too...i was suprised at how many things there was to see... and the manneken pis is nothing to go to brussels for (it is so tiny) not even worth the walk threw town! and if you dont want to go all the way to the edge of town to see the atomioum then hit up the parking 58 on the 10th floor its free and you can see everything... close is as good as far take my word! enjoy your stay...i did

Very boring place. The whole city is like the square mile in London at the weekend; I.e, people go there to work during the week and the place is dead on the weekend.

Café Metteko
Located in front of the O'Reilly's Irish Pub near the Brussels Stock Market, you'll find a very interesting pub/restauration called El Metteko. A latin-american-african atmosphere, no to expensive for the city centre, you'll find many young open minded people in this place.

Find out about customs and traditions, foreign culture, communication with people, improvement of a language, etc.

Bar/Cafe: L' Imaige de notre Dame, a pure brussels bar

You have to go to the Green Fairy and Delirium Cafe! The one is the world famous absinthe bar, the other holds the world record for most beers under one roof. Eat lots of chocolate, waffles, fries and drink lots of beer. Duvel is my favorite but the Delirium Cafe house brew is pretty good to. Buy some lace. Walk around and look at all the awesome comic book artwork on the sides of buildings. Check out the main square, sometime in the summer they coat it in flowers. Go to the comic book hostel and talk to the bartender. He is the most amazing guy ever.

You have to visit the black congo pub not far away from the "Grote Markt".

Go and drink in the Celtica pub... from 13u00 untill 00u00 it's happy hour !
