(0) Recife, Northeastern Brazil, Brazil Elämää riittää moneen lähtöön. Köyhyyttäkin näkee jos sitä haluaa nähdä. Mutta se lämpö ja ruokapaikat AHH! Good tip? Good tip? (0) Recife, Northeastern Brazil, Brazil Caipirinhas e muito sol! Mulheres qb! Good tip? (0) Recife, Northeastern Brazil, Brazil Do not go to the northeast of Brazil during April-May as this is monsoon season and will rain continuously. Any other time of the year is fine as the temperature is permanently around 30 degrees. Good tip? (0) Olinda, Northeastern Brazil, Brazil at every corner a church, a piece of ancient, vivid history. Narrow roads, broad smiles, fantastic food and good shopping. A lot of sightseeing and typical regional music will fill your day. Good tip? (0) Olinda, Northeastern Brazil, Brazil Olinda is a very nice town full of small colourful houses , steep stone roads and an imposant old church on the small hill above the town. Only for this, Olinda is definitely worth seeing! Moreover, it has a beach to cool yourself in the hot summer and beautiful view from it's upper part where you can also find lots of nice shops with art and typical products (don't forget to buy some!). And, as my Brazilian friends (not from Olinda) always mention, the best Brazilian carnaval takes place in Olinda ;) Personally, i didn't get the chance to visit this town in carnaval period, but from what i've seen on the pictures, it surely has a special atmosphere which can't be compared to big Rio's carnaval etc, where you don't get an opportunity to interact with locals and participate on the carneval in the way you do in in this small town. But Olinda has its unique atmosphere all year around and i highly recommend to visit this town! :) Good tip? (0) Recife, Northeastern Brazil, Brazil If you travel to Recife avoid the Boa Viagem beach and neighborhood. It is a place of too much tourism. For excellent beaches try travelling outside the city, north or south. Good tip? (0) |
