Be very careful in this city! try not to stay in traffic jam in centrum of city. If you drive at night in city - never stop in traffic lights. There are lot of criminals and it's not a joke.

Also you can visit Edificio Italia (this building has more then 40 floors, there is nice restaurant in the last floor) - there is beautiful view to city at night.
