This is a great place to visit and live. I had so much fun here. No mater what time of the year you go. You will have something to do.

If in Kelowna for Aug. 1-3 you should check out the Kamaskat Music Festival. Take the Westside Rd. from Westbank towards Vernon. The festival is super chill, right on the Okanagan Lake. It's kind of hippy, but in a good way. Don't expect anything super huge. It's a smaller event with a great sense of community where it is easy to meet cool new humans.

Awesome place to stay and enjoy the amazing view over the ticino from Canada... and the vineyards offers great free tours!=)

Be sure to visit the Calona Winery and take their tour.

This friendly part of the BC interior is almost picture perfect. if you're a golfer be SURE to enjoy some of the nearby courses, my favourite was the Jack Nicklaus designed Bear Course at the Okanagan Golf Club.
