Whistler, British Columbia, Canada The most beautiful ski resort (winter) or mountain biking (summer) this is just about a ski in ski our town lovely little quaint streets and nightclubs underground to lessen the noise. The hotel rooms come with fireplaces and the town is just lovely. Some adventure here like zip lining on cables throgh the trees up high in the trees or treking up on path and bridges through the high trees . Whistler will also hold some of the winter olympic games there was a luge track been built when we went through Nov 07. Only place I saw a bear in Canada , be careful as they come into town to eat out of the garbage cans Good tip? (0) Whistler, British Columbia, Canada The best place in the world to do SKI and SNOWBOARD! Good tip? (0) Whistler, British Columbia, Canada 21 Steps is my favourite restaurant in Whistler. Good tip? (0) Whistler, British Columbia, Canada make sure to go skiing in the winter and in the summer try mountain biking, fishing, hiking, ATVs, bungee, zip line, and kayaking. Good tip? (0) Whistler, British Columbia, Canada Wow. It's worth travelling here from Vancouver even if you only get to spend a single day on the mountain. But when I went, the wind chill was -25 degrees (celcius), so neck-warmers are recommended! Good tip? (0) Whistler, British Columbia, Canada Whistler is my happy place! It can be yours too=) 1 1/2 hours from the heart of downtown Vancouver with an incredible scenic drive along the sea-to-sky highway the whole way there. The resort features 2 amazing mountains: Whistler and Blackcomb. I heard a rumor that Blackcomb is less crowded because Whistler is the famous one for which the place is named after!! 7th Heaven on Blackcomb is the place to be for sweet powder. When you're done for the day, the village is great for strolling with an amazing backdrop. Lot's of great shopping + food; I like the arts and crafts store and Splitz burger. They let you choose from a huge array of toppings! Good tip? (0) Whistler, British Columbia, Canada Overhyped. Mt. Seymour is much better in my opinion. Good tip? (0) Alta Lake, British Columbia, Canada North America, CANADA - British Columbia. Good tip? (0) Whistler, British Columbia, Canada Hit both mountains...
