Travel Tips - Women TravelersToronto, Ontario, Canada The city is the safest place of the world, I guess. People are generally non-Canadian but friendly. The place I like most is Harbour Front because you can watch the lake, Toronto Island, sit on the grass, CN Tower at back and the tall shiny buildings at the same time. Sitting there is really relaxing. You can't find taxi whenever you want, if you find one, the driver might not know the roads. I myself directed the taxi driver even to the intersection of Yonge-Bloor. The intersection of Yonge and Bloor is not the best place to spend time. Dundas is better, more crowded, more activities, more shopping places. The subway stops in every 100 meters. So if you should go no more than 2 stations, walking is better. Because you spend all your time under ground and seing nothing. Good tip?
