Glad I saw it while Castro still ruled the world there. It's an amazing feeling to stand on the famous square where he held all his marathon speeches. Also great to visit a tobacco factory and rum distilery.

One of the things you must see is the bar where Ernest Hemmingway frequented while he stayed in Cuba. And while in the bar, you should order a Mojito (a Cuban drink) because they make the best Mojito in whole Cuba.

As in any big city, walk. Don't take buses, don't rent a guide, just walk around and talk to the people. Havanna will stay interesting even after a week of walking around.
