Olympia park is a great place to go.

od Munchena mi je najviše ostala u sječanju Schiller strasse, spavala sam u jednom hotelu, čiji restoran je preko dana bio Tajlandski restoran, ha ha! s desne strane hotela mobi shop, s lijeve kupleraj, ha ha! ako ništa drugo hotel je pristojan, nije skup, od Marien Platza 10 minuta

You can not pass through Munchen without a visit to some of the many beer houses. A tourist favourite is The 'Hoffbrauhaus' - and it does have very nice beer!!

paradise for shoppers! 2 km main street with every store you can imagin. I'v been there twice and didn't get the chance to see much more cause I couldn't leave that street! The city museum is really enjoyable. check out especially the 2nd floor.

A beer lovers paradise....steins that hold litres of beer..what more can you ask for? Each time I've traveled to Munich there has been a soccer match and despite the huge crowds in the trains, subway and streets I've had a great time...just a headache finding a hotel room. The best way to see Munich is by foot, there are organized tours or you can do it yourself.  Getting around the city by streetcar is also very easy and inexpensive. I'd avoid the Olympic park and BMW Museum, as they were a bit of a letdown and not very interesting. Definitely suggest visiting the Dachau camp outside the city and an easy train ride about 20 min.  Although difficult to see an eye opening experience and birds eye view to what happened in WW2 Favourite place to eat is the Ratzkeller, traditional German food that is totally delish.

ovaj grad me bas i ne impresionira... sta ja znam, nije mi simpatican, nema mi ljudskoga u sebi, nema ljepote... a kad se sjetim javnog wc-a u centru grada u mallu, smuci mi se... al dobro, mozda ga nisam uspio doziviti na pravi nacin... evo da ne bude sve negativno, svidjeli su mi se zhidovi koji sviraju klezmer u centru - to je bilo ljudsko, eto...

I went to Munich last year with my school, and it was weird since it started snowing even if it was like 20th March, and it didn't snow for the whole winter. But i guess it was a good part of the travel. We didn't see a lot since our teacher was a complet idiot, but anyway,i liked the city, we passed a lot of time in Marienplatz (there's a good place to take an ice cream there haha), and the streets around there, where there are a lot of place to make shopping.The only thing that disappointed me is that a lof of people always talked in german, which i study but i'm not that good, and i didn't get why if you talk in english, they can't answer in english. Good places i saw were the Deutsche Museum and the OlympiaTurm.
