One of the worst cities in India, in my opinion. Get in, see the Fort and the Taj, and get out! The touts are the most vicious I've ever encountered. Yikes!

Most come here to see the Taj Mahal. Its worth knowing fridays are free. Usually foreigners have to pay above the odds, alot more than Indian tourists to get into see it. Agra is a fab place though and if you like monkeys yo'll be glad to know there is a lot of wild ones running around the streets! Bring some bananas, but be careful of your hand!

When you get to the Tag Mahal go about 30 feet to the right...thats the best spot to take a picture.

The Red Fort is an extraordinary red sandstone complex at Agra’s river. I really don’t know wish I liked more if Taj Mahal or Red Fort. Ok, I do know … I haven’t seen ever anything so beautiful as the Red Fort. Its situation, colour, building, water fountains inside, all makes this place unique. Red Fort is a city its self, an incredible rich in every aspect group of buildings and water places. It is said that the son of Shah Jehan recluse him here, and from here he look how the Taj Mahal was build. My God I want a jail like this one !!!! Red Fort is include in the bonus you fave ot the 5 more important monuments, you have to pay 250R more. The entrance was full, as at Taj Mahal, of seller and guides that didn't understood "No Thanks" I think you should visit Taj and Red Fort in different days becuase both are very big and you will be very tired if you visit both the same day.

The ticket you buy for the Taj is also valid for the Red fort, Fatepur Sikri and other cultural atractions in and around Agra.

Be careful there. Everybody is part of a scam...

Watch out for the white tax on everthing!

Make sure to see the Taj Mahal.
You must take your shoes off and put on these fancy slippers.
Be weary of beggers. They often try to bombard tourists.

See the Taj and fall in love with it...see it for as long as you can... then see other stuff too if you have the energy... but then scoot back fast before the touts get you...
