Loved Jerusalem. Don't bother with an expensive hotel, you only sleep there. Most of the time you're walking about. I stayed at the King George Hostel. Hit the old city and go to the real NY deli, ask for a pastrami sandwich, and after you eat it, the butcher will tell you that it was turkey pastami.
