Travel Tips - Sightseeing & AttractionsLa Spezia, Liguria Region, Italy If you visit Italy a must see is Cinque Terre. Cinque Terre is five small villages chiseled into the rocky cliffs overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. They are Riomaggiore, Manarola, Corniglia, Vernazza Monterosso. It might not surprise you to know the tourist population of this area grows every year, not from advertising but from word-of-mouth as people are so taken by their experience that they want other people to go there. It is a dream destination... Good tip? (+1) La Spezia, Liguria Region, Italy Charming city, it makes good impression. The best for one-day shopping, as it has very nice shops. Good tip? (0) Riomaggiore, Liguria Region, Italy Beautiful little village on the coast... romantic! Good tip? Good tip? (0) Portovenere, Liguria Region, Italy do not miss 5 terre! nice place to be but not for a long and better in a couple!! food is not bad but take care to eat in tourist places... Good tip? Good tip?
Bonne vacances Good tip? (0) Portovenere, Liguria Region, Italy It's very nice place to go hiking. Good tip? (0) La Spezia, Liguria Region, Italy Riomaggiore, Manarola, Corniglia, Vernazza and Monterosso al Mare - these five villages, the forbidding coastline they're situated on as well as the surrounding hillside compose the Cinque Terre just a few kilometres away from La Spezia. There is a railway starting in La Spezia which links all the villages. You can get a return ticket and hop on and off at every stop. But you should definately not miss out on the georgeous walk that runs along the coast through the whole area. The villages themselves are very picturesque and definately worth a visit! By the way, the Cinque Terre National Park is an UNESCO World Heritage Site . Good tip? (0) |
