Okinawa has one of my favorite country bars called, "Western World", open Fridays Saturdays only. Try the cowboy killers and the Captain Morgan on Acid's! Awesome! Other than that you can hitch a ride to the banana show (yes, it's exactly what your dirty mind is thinking) or just shop outside Gate 2 of Kadena AFB. White Beach isn't too bad if you are military, a little boring, but decent and quiet cabins overlooking the beach. Pretty. I hear Naha is pretty fun, the "Las Vegas" of the island, I never made it that far.
