its the only hotel i have experience with in ulaanbaatar but i think that it's really worth to metion it: in the oasis guesthouse you even have the possiblity to sleep in a traditional mongolian ger-tent! go for it!

Ulaan Bator to świetna baza wypadowa do innych części kraju. Miasto samo w sobie jest również warte bliższego poznania. Stolica Mongolii bardzo się rozbudowuje i cały czas rozwija, zachodzące przemiany dostrzec można na każdym kroku. Obok nowoczesnych hoteli, na placach i wokół klasztoru Gandan, wciąż stoją jurty. Niektóre z nich to hotele lub jadłodajnie, gdzie napić się można kumysu.
Dla wielbicieli nocnych klubów i knajp znajdzie się sporo. Dla zainteresowanych sztuka czekają muzea i piękny klasztor Gandan, z kilkumetrową złotą rzeźbą Buddy. W Muzeum Archeologii obejrzeć można szczątki dinozaurów z pustyni Gobi. Na każdej ulicy znajdzie się kafejka internetowa, sporo jest banków, gdzie można wypłacić gotówke w karty. Noclegi są bardzo tanie: nocleg w pokoju 4-6 osobowym to kwestia 5-8 dolarów. Większość hoteli proponuje organizację wypraw w najbardziej odległe rejony kraju, z reguły po dobrej cenie.

Pour ceux qui arrivent seuls à ulan baatar mais qui veulent bouger dans le pays, un bon plan est de se renseigner dans les guesthouses et les cafes de voyageurs-touristes, il y a souvent des tableaux de renseignements où d'autres personnes cherchent à partager les frais de leurs expéditions, une fois que vous vous êtes contactés, décidez ensemble de votre itinéraire ou de vos centres d'interêt, puis partez, mais attention à ne pas vous imposer chez l'habitant, tourisme responsable quoi!!!

Mongolia was nothing but pure pleasure. Stay in a Ger at least one night and wake up to the park surrounding you in all its beauty.
