Well - in Biddinghuizen would you find a great roller-coast adventure park "WALIBI World" !
The entry cost about 30 euros - but if you can stay a day there ... it´s really nice - if you like roller-coasts! :)

While freezing cold during the winter, where one only sees the sun from 8-9AM in the morning, the Netherlands is absolutely beautiful in the springtime, with lush greenery, grasslands, rolling hills near the Belgian border, and beautiful fields of tulips in Lisse. You can go to the Keukenhof gardens where they plant vast arrays of tulips, or just frolic in any of the fields that you drive by.

nice place to go, beautiful countrysites, good nitelife even in small towns, great sightseeing-very impressing, lovely people, wonderful shopping places like in amsterdam, great food and very good service everywhere

Always wear totally flat shoes. Old cobble stone roads will ruin every hill :-)

Every first sunday of the new month stores are open in most of the big cities of the Netherlands. If you like shopping you can do this from 12 pm till 18 pm. Something to think about when planning for your next citytrip to Holland!

The local dutch trains, intercity and the sprinters are always on time. Make sure you are at the station at least ten minutes before your scheduled train departure. Also, you could get a Forty Percent Discount (40%) if you ride during off -peak hours.

Always use the P+R parkings situated around the large cities like Amstaerdam or Rotterdam.
