It is really nice to go up Mount Ulriken and hike around. Beautiful scenery and views. Actually the whole of Bergen is very pleasant to walk around.

Take a peg to block smell of fish, and a camera for great picks on way and in fiords

Lovely town and harbour with old world charm. Good hills for walking in too. My grandad was based here in WWII and always wanted to go back.

Dont leave your umbrella at home!!! if you keen on seafoood, you must see the marketplace of Bergen!

1st and foremost... go there if you are anywhere near. A fun cheap day experience in Bergen is to take the funicular railway to the top of Fløyen then hike down the backside back into town. Make sure and bring water and lunch, you can pick up some goodies in the wharf before you head up. Have fun!!

I´ve lived in Bergen 11 years

This is by far the most beautifull city of Norway.
Its old history and its unique city layout has made this city my favourite among my homeland citys (I am Norwegian).
