You like the big shells you found on the beach, or sought while diving\snorkeling??? So did I! In Manila, the backpackersdistrict, there are loads of seefood-restaurants. They will make soup out of the inside of the shells, and throw the rest of it away. If you aske nicely, they might give you some of those amazing big shells,... Just be careful when you try to take them out of the country!

Greenhills has the best bargain shopping ever. Even Imelda Marcos shops there! I have a picture with her to prove it!!

Take a local you can trust with you when going to the bargin markets (Greenhills, Devisoria, etc...)  They'll get the price down WAY more than you could on your own.

Don't forget to go to Divisoria, it is the Hongkong of the Philippines for great deals.
