If you're looking for fantastic shopping, fine dining and fresh air in the middle of Hussle and bussle Manila.... Check in at Shangri la or Peninsula hotel in Makati, Manila, the financial district of Manila. In walking distance you find Glorietta shopping mall, Landmark shopping and the upscale Greenbelt. When tired from the it all, take a seat in the beautiful Greenbelt Park. Lots of fantastic restaurants, bars and clubs. In the middle of skyscrapers you find a little place that's quiet and peaceful. Plants and trees, birds and bees. Spend a day in that area and see if you like it as much as I do.

When staying Manila I recommend the Lotus Garden or on the more pricier side the Diamond. If you're looking for moderate with nice rooms, stay at the Lotus Garden. Very close to the bars, mall, and other things to fill your day.
