A very interesting and unusual city. Quite diverse with beauty and not so pretty sites. People seem happy and positive. Lots of crime when we were there a few years back...hopefully that has changed. Some interesting "US" type clubs with great music.

Don't drink the tap water!

The Lazienki Gardens in Warsaw are absolutely beautiful. Best time to visit is during the early summer when the rose gardens are blooming around Beethoven's statue.

Too late, the market on the Stadium's gone;] Well - Warsaw - big city with a lot of unemployed place. Architecture - mixture of everything - the People's Republic of Poland style, some skyscrapers, a little bit of older buildings and an enormous tent with a market under it - all this in the city centre. Not very impressive. The Old Town, Królewskie Przedmieście(Royal Tract) and Nowy Świat(New World?;]) are beautiful, though and worth of seeing.

Big city. Warsaw is weird to look at because there are parts that are beautiful and others that are just too gray, typical Eastern europe feel. But the old town and the new architecture popping up across the city is great to see! My favorite is sitting up top the Intercontinental hotel restaurant on the 45th floor and seeing the city below. What a view!!! Transport in this city is so easy too!

I live in Siedlce which is close to it..Warsaw is worth of visit but if u are short on time rather I would recommend u to visit Cracov and Zakopane south Poland

Good club to go is Club70's ..in center. If u will dress with some funny hair, huge glasses or some other funny clothes ala from 70's they will let u in for free ;)

Communication in Warsaw is developed very good, starting on huge number of bus lines to trams, and one line of metro system...buy a day pass or week pass u will save a lot of money;)

Try to avoid going alone around Central Railway Station in Warsaw, or inside it in late night hours, specially girls..its getting better from year to year but still a lot of homless people ...

One of the best museums in the world: Warsaw Uprising Museum, go and see it! (audiovisual exhibition, reconstruction of sewers which were the way for escape for warsaw people in 44')
