If you go to Russia in the summer months (June-August), bring an eye mask in case you stay at a hotel without good blinds. The almost 24 hours of daylight can really trick your body!

As the spiritual home of the Russian Orthodox Church, Moscow boasts some amazing churches. The view of St Basil's in Red Square will take your breath away. Then there is the Kazan Cathedral. And the Cathedral of Christ the Redeemer. And don't forget the many historic churches and cathedrals within the Kremlin's walls! If you enjoy ecclesiastical architecture, this is the place to be.

If you're into shopping the mall near red square is huge. When on the metro - enjoy the different stations - the artwork is all different. Lenin's body is always a popular sight. If you're trying to find the KGB building - don't ask anybody offical looking. In to toy stores? Theres a giant one.

dont rry to get into the kremlin without proper access rights.  TRUST ME! 

Its always best to read about a city before you actually visit it. Read about Moscow's rich history before you visit. You would appreciate more the things and places you see, even the food you eat. Top destination is the Red Square. In there you get to see the most famous landmarks - The Red Square itself, Lenin's tomb, Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, St Basil's Cathdral (awesome!).
