In kingstown, you got take a mini bus and go to the Indian Cave where there's a beach with black and white sand, it's really relaxing and you share a moment with the hometown people.

Barbados - Kingston... one of my favorite places on earth. The sky is blue, people are very kind, they drink a lot of rhum, ... nice food A paradise on earth. A little shopping to do at the port. Nice things to see.

If you like Scuba then this place is a must for you. Not too easy to get to but day charters are available from most of the Grenadines. Good diving!

spend a night at 'tamarind tree' and save money. take a boat-trip with the ex-skipper of bob dylan an let you bring to a lonely island and enjoy a great BBQ, offered by the skipper and enjoy his famous bowle (alcoholic!) :-)

A small island in the Grenadines. You fly here to visit Palm Island exclusive resort hotel. You can take a trip around the island with the locals who are keen to show you the natural beauty. This is not a holiday destination but is a little gem. In addition to flying in on 6 seater aircraft from other islands you can sail here and whilst here visit nearby Tobago Kays (see other report)

The Ron there is very very strong. People there are not mindfull and drink a lot of it. Just wath out. For the rest is is a small and well organised village, with a supermarket and everything you need
