Pack up for the beach! I have found there to be a universal feel about beaches in most of europe- You can find hip-hop American music, beaded necklaces, beach bars, although in Torremolinos, for women, topless is the way to go.

Visit the weekly market at the bullring

The Spanish spoken here can seem very 'lazy' to a non-native. Don't bother with the 's' on the end of ' seis ' (six)...they just won't understand! Try something more like 'say' and you'll get along just fine. :) On the other hand, those further north pronounce their words in a 'sharper' fashion, so you will probably hear the 's' in places like Barcelona.

If you go to Malaga you absolutely MUST go for dinner at Gorky on calle Strachan.  Have a glass of tinto de verano, and leave room for dessert so you can order Bomba de Chocolate.
