Canarias are beautiful. I remember going up the hill higher and higher. We discovered an unique nature there - green forests while it was only water, heat and beaches down there. I also remember nice people there. Wish I had a chance to go there again

Every single of the 7 islands has tons of places to get lost and take amazing photos if you get out of the turist routes. The people is friendly even when the most of them don't speak fluent english.

I've been living in Tenerife for several years and I really feel at home in the Canary Islands. For sure a place to visit and a place to stay :)

Best time to visit:
- Carnival (one of the most beautiful and funny of the world) at the begining of feb. All over the islands (in special Tenerife).
- Candelaria's Day (August 15th). At Candelaria (Tenerife) they make a huge procession and native performances to make offerings to Nuestra Señora de la Candelaria (the black virgin keeped at the Basilica.
- Or even all year long to enjoy the warm weather coz Canary Islands means sun, sand fun in every season! ;D
