Same same hotel is really fun. there is a restaurant/bar downstairs and the rates for rooms are cheap. There is also a lounging area to watch tv and movies.

Bottle Beach (Hat Khuat in Thai) used to be a nice intimate secluded part of a very hectic islan, that was 3 years ago so it might have changed - definitely worth venturing north on Ko Phangan though!!

One of the best places to stay if your seeking white sandy beach, cristal-clear water and affordable bungalows: BAAN PANBURI RESORT. BBQ is exquisite too, especially the fresh tuna!

Stay out of Had Rin and Hat Rin! Lighthouse bungalows was amazing. Great Accom, easy taxi access, great food, very friendly. Beachfront and a pool.

Island View Cabana - Tof strandje, Noorden van het eiland, maar 400 baht, dus ongeveer 9 euro per nacht voor een tof bungalowken met terrasje met hangmat, dubbel bed, muskito net en een klein badkamertje.
