The corn exchange! A really eclectic and cool place. Unfortunately I used to work in Leeds, so most of it is boring!

Leeds is a big city in the north of England, just next to Manchester. The architectur has a lot of varieties: There are some monuments which have survived from middle age and others which are like buildings but smaller. There is also a river but I can't remember its name... A lot of museums are free and that's good I think, to let people go in them and learn gratuitelly. Otherwise the food is not very expensive: you can eat something like "fish and chips" for 5£. There are lots of markets and modemarkets.

Nice place to hike.  Bring a picnic.  Walk along the water.

In Leeds there are several things to do... In the summer there are festivals with a lot of music. There are a lot of shopping opportunities. In Leeds though it is especially the interaction with the local that is worth a shot. They are very open and kind. And they have got a lot of small cosy pubs to visit.

Elland Road is a must to see Leeds United play even if they are League 1 now

Leeds Festival is the greatest thing about Leeds, but compared to Reading festival its got nothing on it. Atmosphere and Music is better at Reading. Go for the people and camping if you go to Leeds.
