Not much of a travel trip....just went there for the horse racing, had to do some pics for a project. But if you never heve seen a horse racing and would like to see it at least once...Lingfield is close enough to London and it's quite cheap to get there by train and the racing is not expensive either.

Lingfield Racecourse is a great day out even for non gamblers like me. Never bet but put a £1 on each house which is enough to get the aderline going backing your chosen hourse

Has some gorgeous old houses (if you know where to find them).you know the ones which could be hidden for the ivy and have higgledepigglede charactor!
