York, England, United Kingdom When visiting the Minster (a beautiful church, by the way) you have to climb the steps in the main tower. 278 steps to the top, and you can have a certificate completed to prove you did it. Totally worth the climb (besides bragging rights) for the great view of the city. Good tip? (0) York, England, United Kingdom Something well worth doing in York is staying at a BandB (there is no other accomodation like it) and going on a ghost tour. They are not scary but really funny. Ask your landlord at the BandB for advice on the best one and they will book one for you. You won't regret it Good tip? (0) York, England, United Kingdom Go to the Jarvik museum. It is great to see life back in the olden days, it even smells like the olden days!!!! Never been to another museum quite like it! Well worth the visit. Good tip?
