Phoenix is a great place to hangout with friends, relax at home, or go hiking and other activities. Although it gets pretty hot it lacks the humidity factor which is always a good thing.

Stay in Scottsdale. Also, the downtown Phoenix nightlife is non-existent. You'll pretty much have to go to Scottsdale for that too.

Every Mexican restaurant ending in ...berto's basically has the same menu. Adobada is a kind of pork different from Carnitas... more like pulled pork that you can get at all of them.

Phoenix is extemely HOT! But the sun rise, and the sun set are so beautiful to watch. Make sure you pack shorts and t-shirts. Oh and if you swin wear sunscreen!
