Coutyard Marriott

The Courtyard Marriott, and it's counterpart the Marriott Residence, are recent additions in Chico. The Courtyard is perfectly adequate for a small town hotel. It's a clean and affordable option, especially if you'd like to stay closer to the south side of town. I highly recommend using priceline to book any hotel in Chico, as you'll be able to get much better rates than advertised by the hotel.

Unique Qualities: New construction, indoor pool and fitness center, next to Cal Skate and freeway adjacent.
