Don't walk alone at night!

Not a city for walking, we walked on the first day and everyone thought we were crazy. Good system of buses only generally used by the old and poor, streets are very long so don't be deceived by the map!

shopping, beaches, nightlife, lots of fun.

So far, we have been to Universal Studios both times when we were in Los Angeles. I specifically liked the studio tours, but also the different rides and the shows with special effects are worth doing. If you only have a slight interest in movies and how they are made, I can recommend you to spend at least half a day at Universal Studios!

Sunset is the Street in LA

L.A. is smoggy and full of fake people. There are so many more beautiful and interesting places in California!!

Bring a camera, lots of money and go on the guided tours, they take you to places that would be difficult to see on your own.

Universal Studios is a must see. Absolutely brilliant!! LA a bit of a let down

Los Angeles is a huge city, but if you stay on the 501 freeway you will come to the sunset boulevard turnoff onto sunset boulevard rd, carry on down here onto Vine St, this will take you to the Hollywood Hills.
