Nice city, a little different flavor than LA.

The capital of California. And u can visit the Old Sacramento and feel who was to live in the Old West.

Visit Old Sac and see cobblestone streets and wooden sidewalks. Check out Evangeline's - the coolest costume shop. Also make a visit to the capital building, very nice.

Sacramento itself isn't too interesting, but is central to San Francisco, Lake Tahoe and Yosemite National Park.

Take the 5 when you are traveling from South. Dont ever take the 99 or else you will get pull over for sure.

Marriott Hotel downtown...very nice, very comfortable, and very friendly people.

Tuesday nights, go get yourself a damn taco. Taco Tuesday @ The Flame Club (16th V downtown) has the best tacos in town for $1 and the strongest drinks in town for $2.25. How could you go wrong? If you get drunk enough to handle hipsters, wander up the street to 10th S to Old Ironsides for Lipstick, a $3 dance party that gets packed each week! Yeah, that's a slice of Sac right there. Oooh, next time - slices! So much good pizza in downtown Sac! :)

Old Sacramento is great, it is like a trip back to the past

Seeing the Capital Building is a definite must. Especially if you're a history buff. :)
