There's so much to do in SD from the beaches to the zoo to the museums to fine dining... but no trip would be complete without a stop at Balboa Park, or my favorite little neighborhood, Little Italy. some of my favorite restaurants are the Prado in Balboa Park, Felippe's Pizza Grotto in Little Italy, Zoccalo's in Old Town, Sammy's Woodfired Pizza, and soooo many more it's hard to list them all.
San Diego is made up of so many unique neighborhoods each with a different style... you just have to come visit and see for yourself. It's also a fairly safe town, tourist friendly for the most part. Good tip? (0) San Diego, California, United States I think the coolest place to go is the Gas Lamp Quarter!
always something going on there Good tip? (0) San Diego, California, United States Go to the Envy bar on the rooftop of hotel Ivy in downtown. It is one of the best clubs in the city. Beautiful view of the downtown, very modern, clean style, great drinks, a lot of interesting people. Good tip? (0) San Diego, California, United States Go traveling aroun the world Good tip? (0) San Diego, California, United States hit up the hooka bars, beaches and hooters Good tip? (0) San Diego, California, United States San Diego is the city with the most sunny days in California! It has beautiful beachtowns around and is just beside the border of Mexico, next travel destination set! People are nice, weather is nice, just go and see! Good tip? (0) San Diego, California, United States Red Fox Room Piano Bar - retro bar will take you back to the 40's. Customers are pretty much either over 70 or under 35. If the Red Key in Indy had a piano--ok so the Red Key does have a piano--but if it were a piano bar, it would be the Red Fox. Adjoining restaurant has great steak dinner.

(0) San Diego, California, United States This has got to be my favorite city in the lower 48. 5th and 6th avenues are the places to go for food and night life. Go to 5th avenue to a bar called " The Field" It is an actual pub that was built in the 17th or 18th century in Ireland and brought over to America. The city is very easy to navigate and extremely clean. There are also many surfing beaches to hang out on.great place to visit.
