Lake Tahoe rulezzzzzzzzzzzzz!

The best place in California to do ski and snowboard.

Good ski resorts during the winter and great views and water activities during the summer. Just outside of town is the town of Stateline which has all the casinos and nightlife. South Lake Tahoe itself has great golf courses and bike trails during the summer. The main resort in the area is Heavenly which is in the heart of town.

while going to the muntains, be aware of teddies! they r really there! :-)

What's not to love about Lake Tahoe?  It's a beautiful body of water that has all the fun water activities surrounded by gorgeous mountains.  Summer is nice but winter is divine... some of my best memories are skiing Heavenly with the lake and mountains as backdrops.  And for adults, the gambling/nightlife is a big draw at night (not that you'd catch me at the blackjack table... that would be my amateur gamblin' mom!!!)

in winter season, of course you must bring with u a winter coat... so fabulous!

Ahhh, Lake Tahoe! Pristine beauty all around. It's the cleanest water I've ever skinny dipped in=) The lake is picture perfect and is surrounded by snow caped mountains.If ya can, rent a boat and tour the lake at your own leasure. I wouldn't advise loosing money in the casinos:{

Wear the thickest and warmest gloves and boots if you're going to just play around in the snow. One of my acrylic nails froze and popped right off. LOL!!!
