One of my favorite American towns/cities. The State Capitol really does have a great Art Gallery and the shed is my pick for the best restaurant with good enchiladas, pollo adobo, and christmas chili.

Tia Sophia’s is the best dining value in town. The best chili, a GREAT breakfast, and very reasonable prices with friendly service. My fav place. Do yourself a favor and also go when there is a chill in the air but before the depth of winter. Santa Fe is best when the smell of Pinion is in the air!
