100s in the Summer, with the sun staying up till 10pm, -60 in the summer with a sunset @ 2pm. Why would anyone visit Minot? I was stationed there and it was miserable. Not much to see, with any attraction being severeal hours away in Bismark. Hunting, fishing, etc are great in Minot, but there isnt much else. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THE "GEOGRAPHIC CENTER OF NORTH AMERICA" It is a waste of several hours driving just to see a pile of rocks. I wish I was kidding!

Minot is a great stop in North Dakota!! Stoped here for gas and found the food to be excellent!
