El Zarapes, is the best Mexican Restaurant in town. If you are over 21, then you need to try the peach margaritas. The waiters are so nice. The food is excelent and there is hardly any wait. The prices are very good too.

Put-in-Bay is a wonderful place to visit from the Sandusky Bay area! I took a wonderful ferry ride there with a bunch of my friends, then rented bikes on the island of Put-in-Bay! Highly recommended spot to visit for anyone who happens to be in this area, ever! It's absolutely gorgeous...somewhat old fashioned, and the history culture are well preserved on the island. The dining is somewhat limited, but it's mostly local catch of seafood...and that happens to be great! The people of Put-in-Bay are EXTREMELY friendly...if you ever lose your way they will gladly point you in the right direction (although chances of that are slim as it's not a big island and if you have a map with you - which I always recommend - you won't get lost easy)! Also, if you need pointers to local sights - the Put-in-Bay-ers will happily show you the place they are very proud of! The marina is one of the great things to see there, so are multiple historic houses (more like mansions!) which have been on the island (and extremely well preserved) for a loooong time! Biking the island proved a great thing to do, instead of brining the car along on the ferry! This way I saw way more than I would have from the car, I got some exercise (there are some steep spots on the island, but not many), and the air on the island was wonderful! Overall - I highly recommend any sight seer, ferry island lover, or just about anyone traveling in the vicinity to visit Put-in-Bay! What a great place! Have fun!!!
