Travel Tips - Hotels & AccommodationsTiffin, Ohio, United States asfkljsafkljaljltrjawljasljfalsjgflajflasjdflasj Good tip? (0) Sylvania, Ohio, United States A quaint little town just outside of Toledo Good tip? (0) Boardman, Ohio, United States Holiday Inn Metroplex has always been a nice place to stay. Good tip? (0) Cleveland, Ohio, United States Not impressed with this City. Maker sure you get Hotel reservations BEFORE you go to Cleveland. Cleveland Clinic is a GREAT hospital. I like looking at building so the Rock and Roll Hall of fame was really interesting. I didn't go in it but I walked around and looked at the outside of the building. While standing at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame you can see the Cleveland Browns Stadium it is very cool. You can even see the "Dog Pound". If you are a Drew Cary fan you will recognize parts of the city from his TV show =] Good tip? (0) Middle Bass, Ohio, United States St. Hazards is gross, the restaurant has decent food but the service is slow. The pool is closed a couple times a summer by the health department. The beach is very small and rocky---not sand. Good tip? (0) Malta, Ohio, United States The island is very nice, the only problem is the drinking water. The swimming pools have salty water and even the water from the shower is a little salty. Good tip? (0) Columbus, Ohio, United States Columbus is a great place to come for the fourth of July. We have a great fireworks show. Good tip? (0) Sandusky, Ohio, United States There are a ton of hotels of great quality just a mile out of what would be considered hotel row for Cedar Point. A little searching can actually save you at least $20.00 a night on a great room. Good tip? (0) Cedar Point, Ohio, United States There are rides for all ages. If you are a roller coaster fan, you will love Cedar Point. I recommend the Dragster, Magnum, and Maverick just to name a few if you're looking for thrills and excitement. For the water rides, wear a bathing suit under your clothes, but note that Cedar Point does not allow anyone to walk around the park in just their bathing suits. In the past when I've purchased a towel, they were thin, so maybe bring your own towel if that bothers you. The hotels near and on the grounds of Cedar Point vary in price range. If you stay on the property, expect to pay more. There are hotels along the causeway you can check the prices on, and possibly find something in your price range. If you go to Cedar Point's website, you can look under hotels and it should give you a list of local ones. Good tip? (0) |
