Philadelphia cheese steak....need more....South street, Stadiums, almost every band plays there.......great atmosphere and many oppertunities such as School of art and Penn State.

Watch your wallet don't go into anywhere that isn't safe! try a philly cheese steak!

I reccomend doing a walk/drink makeshift tour of your own combining monuments with the many pubs that philadelphia has to offer. Finish your day over by boathouse row and the rocky statue, If you have a good buzz going the run up to the art musuem arent bad at all!

Go shopping on South Street and walk all the way down.   Enjoy good food, vintage clothes, and fun stores.  Forget the expensive walnut street shops and concentrate on more down to earth shopping!

Check out the Textile Museum! There were students there designing things in the studio space, but the exhibit space was just a modern art museum with very few textiles. I was there in 2006 when an exhibit called "Swarm" was on display.

Philadelphia. Where we had by far the worst airport transfer experience ever! Plan plenty of time between one flight and the other or you'll loose it. Staff is not helpful even if someone in your party requires a whellchair! Amazing...

This is probably one of my favorite cities on earth. I would suggest going to Bastille Day at the Eastern State Penatentary if you are their in July. Not only is it Americas oldest prison it is also supposed to be haunted (hahaha). A really cool part of the festival is when the French storming of the Bastille is reinacted and cupcakes instead of arrows are thrown from the turrents of the ancient prison. Check it out.
