Houston, Texas, United States Check out the underground system of tunnels. If you don't see many people walking around the downtown area it's because they are all underground.
Houston, Texas, United States Too dang hot. Too dang big. Smelly and such.
Houston, Texas, United States A big city like chicago with very very confusing highways. The city seems to never cook as there are tons of restraunts all over the place and very little supermarkets. The housing market is extremely cheap and seems like the city didn't have much suburbs. Houston, Texas, United States Leave plenty of time to get around if you're driving and plan to be traveling during peak hours (7-9am, 12-1pm, or 4-6pm). Outrageously hot in the summer, but a pretty dry heat and the other seasons are actually quite lovely. Houston, Texas, United States Leave plenty of time for travel if you're driving and planning to travel during peak hours (7-9am or 4-6pm). Outrageously hot in the summer but a dry heat which really isn't so bad and the other seasons are actually quite lovely. Check out NASA while you're there! Houston, Texas, United States Passed through on my way to mexico. Guy had a gun on his hip in the petrol station. Was a scary moment for me. Was with a group of Americans they though it funny i was worried! Houston, Texas, United States Wanna cool down while in Houston? Sample some gelato at Paciugo Gelato and Caffe. Houston, Texas, United States Hush night club is a place to party. Houston, Texas, United States Big city, though you wouldn't necessarily think it.
