Houston is an awesome place to visit or live! It's cost of living index is 88.1 compared to the 100 national average, and it has many fun and cultural things to do--something for everyone. My favorite suburb is Sugarland!

The houston intenantional airport is quite nice and after travling there once it is wuite easy to get around.

Bring lots of CHANGE. If you've never driven in Houston, and aren't used to driving in cities with a population greater than a million...find out where you need to go BEFORE you start driving. If you have OnStar, you're set, but you'll still need a pocket full of quarters to get through all the tollways. You'll probably go through 5 tolls jus to go 10 miles. Ouch.

Raw is one of the best places for sushi! And its always full of gorgeous people.

Possibly the best and the cheapest sushi bar in Houston, if not in the whole US, is located on the corner of Nance and William Street, close to UHD campus.

You must eat at Goode Company Barbecue on Kirby. It is the best in town. Get the pecan pie, too.

Houston have good fast food restaurants people who live in Houston really friendly

Guava Lounge may not be one of the most popular gay bars there but definatly worth checking out.
